摘 要:以苯胺氧化聚合和乳液聚合两种方法合成聚苯胺(PAn),研究了溶剂、聚合方法、反应温度、导电态、十二烷基苯磺酸用量等因素对聚苯胺溶解性的影响。结果表明,N-甲基吡咯烷酮是本征态聚苯胺的良溶剂,用乳液聚合法合成的聚苯胺其溶解性明显高于化学氧化法合成的聚苯胺,当乳液中十二烷基苯磺酸:苯胺(摩尔比)=2.0:1,聚合温度25℃时合成溶解率大的Pan。

Study on solubility of polyaniline

Abstract: Polyaniline were polymerized form aniline by oxidation polymerization and emulsion polymerization.The effect of conditions, such as solvent,syn the tic method, conductive state, reaction temperature and usage of DBSA on the solubility of polyaniline were studied. The results showed that NMP is the best solvent of polyaniline. The polyaniline synthesized by emulsion polymerization showed much higher solubility in organic solvents than those synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization. When DBSA/An(moleratio) was 20:1 and the reaction temperature was 25℃, polyaniline with higher solubility was synthesized.

聚苯胺( PAn )被认为是导电聚合物的新宠儿,最有希望得到实际应用,然而聚苯胺的溶解性能和加工性能差,尽管人们对聚苯胺的合成与表征进行了大量的工作,可在溶解性研究方而还没有突破性进展。因此,寻找较好的溶剂提高PAn的溶解性,对PAn的应用具有重要意义[1-3]。本文找到了溶解性较好的聚苯胺溶剂。
